Booking is done online through the Book Now button, which is on every page of this site, or by phone and WhatsApp during opening hours. We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else. Late cancellations are handled case by case and we are reasonable about genuine emergencies. Please note that this website is a demonstration, so no real appointment is created.

Ten minutes before your appointment is ideal for a ritual or a facial, and five minutes is plenty for a shorter massage. That time is used for the consultation and for changing, not for paperwork. Arriving late does not extend your appointment, because the therapist will usually have another guest afterwards, so an unhurried start is genuinely worth it.

Nothing at all. Towels, robes, slippers and disposable underwear for body treatments are provided, and there is a shower in the studio. If you are coming straight from work you may want a hair tie and something loose to change into afterwards. Leave valuables at home if you can, though there is a secure place for your things in the treatment room.

Yes, from the second trimester onward and with your doctor's or midwife's agreement. Our Prenatal Relaxing Massage is performed side-lying with full cushion support and unscented products. We do not offer body wraps, firming treatments or magnesium wraps during pregnancy, and we do not treat in the first trimester. Please tell us when you book so we can prepare the room properly.

If you have sensitive or reactive skin, a history of allergies, or you are trying a new range for the first time, we will patch test on the inner forearm at least 24 hours beforehand. It takes two minutes and can be done on a separate visit or when you collect a gift card. Always tell your therapist about known allergies, including nut and essential-oil sensitivities, before the treatment begins.

Choose an amount, tell us who it is for, and collect the card from the studio or have it sent digitally on a date you choose. Cards are valid for 12 months, are transferable, and can be spent on any treatment or product, across more than one visit if the recipient prefers. On this demo site no card is issued and no payment is taken.

Payment is taken at the studio at the end of your appointment, in cash or by card. Online card payment is planned but not yet active, which is why the booking flow on this site shows it as coming soon. Gift cards and treatment vouchers are redeemed at the studio and can be combined with another payment method if the balance is short.

Phiwell is at Lake View Residence, Tower D, Floor 2, in Tirana. There is lift access to the second floor. Street parking is usually available nearby and the residence has visitor spaces, though they fill up in the late afternoon. If you are arriving by taxi, ask for Lake View Residence and Tower D is on the park side of the complex.

The studio is a small, quiet space with two treatment rooms, so we are not able to supervise children while you are being treated and there is no waiting area for them. Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome for facials and shorter massages with a parent or guardian present in the room. We appreciate that this is not always convenient, and we would rather be clear than disappointing on the day.

Yes. A selection of ALQVIMIA skincare and Of The Islands magnesium products is available in the studio, and your therapist will tell you which two or three items are actually worth taking home rather than reciting the whole shelf. You are under no obligation to buy anything, and nobody at Phiwell works on commission.
